default step.rc contains broken NLM Site

The default step.rc contains
*NetLoadModuleSite "http://www.modules.nbi-studio.com/"
And that site is no longer functioning.
You can replace it with:
*Netloadmodulesite "http://www.ls-themes.org/modules/download/"
