Fix for failing logoff/reboot in LOSS. Fixes #42.
Altered the existing wx.wxExecute lines. Since litestep.exe
accepts
bang commands as commandline arguments, we're able to silently
pass
our restart and logoff commands to LiteStep, thus resolving our
issue.
